Gourmet Galley catered a major corporate event for me this week and was above and beyond, in every expectation. On time, maintained a clean workspace, and left all prep areas cleaner than they found them. Very professional chefs, servers, food runners, captains – everyone in the staff treated every attendee with respect. We had 1,100 attendees and everyone on the team was able to adapt to the flow and continual adjustments.
